I’d tell them to learn how to manage your stress.

Your 40’s are one the of the fullest decades of your life.

You’re at the height of your career (or navigating a new one).

You have children still at home.

You have ageing parents that need support.

Not to mention keeping up with friends and being on top of just being an adult.

All these competing priorities demanding your time and energy.

At the same time your hormones are beginning to fluctuate affecting your body’s ability to regulate itself.

So you’re more stressed than ever and your ability to regulate is decreasing.
